If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at our store, you may return them within 7 days of receiving them at your doorstep. If your product is outside of the 7 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance.
Products MUST be unopened and unaltered in any fashion for return policy to take effect. Customers are responsible for all return shipment charges.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Returned products are subject to inspection by Your Skin Care Clinic staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned.
20% Re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
