1. How can I find products?

Your Skin Care Clinic carries Spa and Pharmaceutical Grade skin care products and nutritional supplements.To view our product directory please visit our homepage at YourSkinCareClinic.com. You will see a listing of the different brands on the left top menu of the page under the heading SHOP BY BRANDS. If you are looking for a specific item, you can also use our SEARCH TOOL on the top right side of the home page. Simply enter the name of the product and click Enter! and you will see all the products which match you search.

2. What are my payment options?

We currently accept All major credit cards and PayPal in Canadian Dollar.

No Money Orders or Cash will be accepted at this time at our online store.
Once proceeding to check out after entering all shipping and billing addresses, you will be directed to the order "Summary" page.
At the bottom of this page, you will be able to select your payment type-PayPal.

To pay by credit card:
Please select "PayPal" and then click on "Continue"
At this page you may pay by Credit Card.
Please make sure to enter your credit card number and the Card Verification Number correctly, and verify if the Billing address of your order matches with your billing address of the credit card.
Failing to enter correct billing information and CVV will result in delay and cancellation of your order.

To Pay via PayPal:
Please select "PayPal" and then click on "Continue".
At this step you will be able to access your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
Please make sure that the Billing address of your order matches with your billing address of your PayPal account.
Failing to enter correct billing information will result in delay and cancellation of your order.
Please note you would need to have an account already set up with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you may open a new one at PayPal.com.

3. What is the currency of the listed prices?

ALL prices are in Canadian Dollar at our YourSkinCareClinic.com
Please note that the exchange rate applies to any refund that you may receive from us in the future.
The exchange rate is a variable quantity and we are unable to predict how much charge would show on a credit card if it is not the same currency of the price.

4. How can I order from YourSkinCareClinic.com?

Shopping at YourSkinCareClinic.com is easy and hassle free. While you place your first order we'll create an account to purchase online! so that in the future you do not have to enter your information again. From there any item can be added to your online shopping cart. Once you have selected your items click on checkout and enter your information such as name, shipping address, and method of payment.

5. What is a billing address?

A billing address is the address to which a credit card is registered. This is also the address where credit card bills are received.

6. What is a shipping address?

A shipping address refers to the address that the order is being shipped to. Note that this may be different than a billing address with exception of orders from Outside North America. Orders From Outside North America can only be shipped to the billing address unless written approval is provided to us.

7. Can I change my order after I have placed it?

If you would like to make changes to your order we suggest that you call our customer support number at 1-604-800-0126, or E-mail us at info@YourSkinCareClinic.com as soon as possible. If your order is still pending and has not left our facilities we can make alterations to the order at your request. Once orders have been shipped no changes can be made to the order.

8. How can I obtain a discount coupon?

Here at Your Skin Care Clinic - YourSkinCareClinic.com we work hard in providing great promotions for our skin care brands. Returning customers will be notified of promotional items and discounts by email.

9. Discounts cannot be applied to the following products:

Sjym Share Plum (Suibianguo), HHA Royal Jelly Paper, sjym Jelly meal replacement, HHA Deep Moisturizing Mask, HHA Bio Brightening Mask, HHA Moisturizing and Brightening Eye Mask, HHA Firming and Repairing Eye Mask, and also all wholesale orders.

10. Do you charge any Tax?

We only charge Tax on Canada locations, the tax will be calculated based on the province which the order will be received.

11. Is your website secure?

Shopping online with YourSkinCareClinic.com Store is 100% safe and secure. Our Secure Shopping Cart uses the latest technology in order to make your shopping secure. This is provided through an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

12. Do you ship outside North America and what are the exchange rates?

YourSkinCareClinic ship orders outside North America every year.
Our International shipping service is fast and reliable.

All international orders will be labelled as "GIFT" and shipping invoice is not included with the value of the products to prevent customs duty charges.

15. What are my shipping options?

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping services.Standard shipping delivery time takes anywhere from 5-10 business days. Note that this is an approximation and that on rare occasions parcels may take a longer time to reach their destinations. 
Also note, that destinations in Alaska and Hawaii generally take longer to arrive. 

16. How long before I receive my order?

We strive to make the delivery of packages as fast as possible! Orders are processed within 24 hours, with the exception of holidays and weekends.
If an ordered item is out of stock or on back order processing time with may take longer. If the processing time of a package is more than 7 business days, the customer will be notified by email or by telephone. 
Once an order is processed and shipped it is subject to the applicable delivery time. In general, most customers receive their orders within 6-10 business days.

17. What if a product is on back order?

If a product that you have ordered is on back order and will not be available for more than 7 business days we will contact you by email or by telephone to notify you.
At that point you will have to confirm whether you would like us to put your order on hold, ship the remaining items separately (a separate shipping cost may apply) or if you would like to cancel your order. 18. Do I have to pay customs and duty charges?

There are no applicable customs or duty charges for parcels in North America. All international orders will be labelled as "GIFT" and shipping invoice is not included with the value of the products to prevent customs duty charges.
