16. How long before I receive my order?

We strive to make the delivery of packages as fast as possible!

Orders are processed within 24 hours, with the exception of holidays and weekends.

If an ordered item is out of stock or on back order processing time with may take longer.

If the processing time of a package is more than 7 business days, the customer will be notified by email or by telephone. 

Once an order is processed and shipped it is subject to the applicable delivery time.

In general, most customers receive their orders within 6-10 business days.
